Monday

Break-fast pushed to 1 PM, and I got some errands run before that with minimal whining, so I seem to be adjusting okay. Right now my biggest challenge is to not eat when I'm not hungry. I'm trying to be more mindful of when I'm doing that, at least, and then try to turn awareness into control. It's not so much automatic eating, in my case, as just having one more bite, or just a taste, or whatever, when I am full but there's something really tasty available.

Breakfast: coffee
Lunch: 190 calories of strawberry-banana yogurt
Snack: about half a bag of Sun-chips, two diet cokes w/ lime, a few chocolate eggs
Dinner: cup of clam chowder, maybe a quarter of a serving of seafood pasta, a piece of garlic bread and a glass of chardonnay - unexpected dinner out where we ended up sitting at a table next to a picture window facing west and caught the whole sunset, fabulous!

Exercise: just some minimal housecleaning, but I managed to get through the day without a nap

Ha! Yeah, clever of me to make this particular mistake when I have to be AFK for much of the day. Oh well, I can't see how to just change where it's posted to, but I've copied it over to the right place.
