I use Claritin daily and add Benedryl as needed. And it ... usually works. It certainly always helps. Today being knocked flat on my ass notwithstanding.

When I moved to Portland last year, whoa did my allergies start hitting the metaphorical steroids and I had to keep experimenting with combinations of meds (check with a medical [professional, yadda yadda) to find one that helped enough that I could usually live.
