Mmm! I love gnocchi so much! Gnocchum? Gnocch? I've heard people call them potato gnocchi before but I thought maybe that was just descriptive, but I guess there is a need to differentiate. I'm off white flours for Lent, but I may be hitting you up in April to try this recipe.
