"Since I've been really indulgent about fast and junk food lately, I'm pretty sure I need to change my diet."

Mel's kind of been a bad influence there. She's great about getting me out of the house and forcing me to walk up (now run) the big hill near my house, but she's also all about going to the Tea House and the Veggie Soul Food place and other evil but delicious options.

I guess I don't eat much fast food, but pudding is my friend, alas.
