I am doing a particularly poor job of coping with today.

If I try to delve into the whys and wherefores and exactly what the problems are, I will just end up deleting this again, so I will leave it at that.

Probably. It kind of snuck up on me - I'd been trying to avoid coverage but that's proved impossible.
