Two weeks ago, I got an hour of exercise a day. This week and last week, more like half an hour. That is not the direction I want to go. I'm not sure if I can just jump back to that, but it's not like I'm doing intense, high-impact anything. In fact, I did get in an hour today and yesterday, so maybe I can just keep that up and start increasing again, soon.

Met with our therapist today, mostly discussed H's plans for dealing with his recurring problem. She's going to do one-on-one sessions with him twice a week and we'll continue with the couple's counseling monthly, see how that goes. I feel pretty good about that decision, we reached it together, we took a lot of things into account, looked at several different options, listened to what seems like a lot of advice. So I'm hopeful on that front.

Car is still in the shop, of course. Fingers crossed we get it back this weekend.

Changed up our standing DietToGo order, we're now both doing 5 lunches and dinners/ week. We were already buying yogurt to accommodate my anti corn syrup agenda, now we've got granola to go with it and that's, like, 75% of our breakfasts anyway. Factor in that I'd much rather have fresh eggs than the ones they were giving us and nixing breakfasts seemed like a smart move. Unfortunately, the best place to get yogurt seems to be Raley's, I like the turkey sausage at TJ's, and eggs come from a farm stand so no more one stop shopping, but it's all within about 5 miles of each other, so I'm sure I'll get used to it. Oh, and I get to bake again - muffins and pancakes and so forth, anyway. Hooray, sourdough!

The house is still a mess, but that's pretty low in my priorities right now. Cobwebs are seasonally appropriate.
