"Baked" (stovetop on a frying pan just doesn't seem like baking) a dozen and have 6 more in the freezer to try proofing overnight at some point, same as Trader Joe's croissant's and biscuits. If that works, I think that is how I will move forward with the english muffins in the future closer to just in time inventory.
