Thanks! Now I just need to make myself catch up on everything that I let slide while I didn't feel up to much. It'll take some doing, but it seems far less impossible today.

I've got the C23K app on the Touch and the Nike+ on the Nano, right now. It's cumbersome and ridiculous, but it works. There are podcasts that have music with some sort of signal to run or walk, I think. I tried doing it with setting watch to beep, that do did no work for me.

I had a yoga class that met in the evening once that was fabulous, left me all relaxed and got rid of the stress that built up during the day, but I can't seem to make myself do that on my own. Other than that, mornings definitely work best for me.
