- 15:42 I ordered malt extract b/c my bagel recipe calls for it. I've been making them w/o, and they've come out fine, but maybe with is awesome.
- 15:49 Said malt extract shipped today, should be here Wed. I expected it here today, my regular bagel-making day. Do postpone the malt experiment?
