House Update
Aug. 1st, 2007 03:50 pmJust got a call from my loan guy. Turns out we ARE approved, they just forgot to tell me. "I'm sure you've already gotten the good news" he tells me. Um, no. But, yay, belatedly or not!
We meet with him later in the week to iron out exactly what type of loan we want and if we want points or whatever. Maybe I'll be able to find out when our closing date is, that would be very exciting.
ION, my current house is a total mess, I have done very little to tidy it up and make it visiting-family-presentable. In fact, the one room that I have managed to whip a little bit into shape is the bedroom, which visitors of any type hardly ever see. Oh well.
Some part of my mind keeps whispering "why clean this house when you can start moving stuff into the new one soon?" Not before my sister shows up, brain. Find something more helpful to repeat.
