What was happening with me yesterday? Oh, right:

• 18:29 Failed to have dinner ready before DH had to leave. Next window to eat together is 10 PM. Which should be plenty of time to finish cooking.


He had an extra meeting, so dinner would have had to have been at 5, which I might have made if I had read the recipe correctly before I started and started at least a couple of hours earlier


• 20:51 PIerogi formed. Must chill. Them and me both.
• 22:25 Ahhh. Food. Yum.


Turned out delicious. The filling was porcini mushrooms (and oyster mushrooms, I think, because I could only find a mix of dried mushrooms), roasted kasha, and carmelized onions. So good. Have a dozen in the freezer for later, too.
