An all too typical conversation in my house:

Me: Do you want orange or purple?
DH: ...
Me: Coffee cups.
DH: Oh, orange. And unlike Grand Moff Tarkin I do take cream. For a minute there I thought you meant fruit.
Me: Well, I do have an orange if you want one.
DH: But you don't have a purple.
Me: No. Though it is, of course,
In unison: a fruit.

So lucky that we found each other and aren't driving some perfectly normal other people crazy.

Sounds like the fact that neither one of us can ever mention turning on or off the house light before we leave without referencing the 4/12/78 show.
