Thanks! There are two, so if the first one I try is underripe I'll try that with the second. I've got them on the counter with the apples right now, and they seem to be the same level of ripening from what I can tell by poking at them. Meanwhile, the sheer number of tangerines has me eating those every time I turn around, so if the mangoes can take a couple of days that'll ease the pressure.
I only get my delivery once a month, which helps with using it all up. Even so, I was composting too much of the first few months because I just didn't get everything eaten quickly enough, but I got through the last box in only a week - retraining myself to have the things that will spoil fastest first (Still Tasty is my friend in this) and just accepting that I'm probably not eating anything except CSA produce right after it comes seems to be working.
