Somewhat randomly started looking at car ads yesterday. We've been sharing one car between the two of us for 3.5 years, now, and it's mostly worked because DH could get to work on the train or other alternative transportation. That's not so practical now that the office has moved and making the adjustment has been hard for me. So, went window shopping and actually found something we both like and could afford. Going today to see if (a) it's still available and (b) we still like it once we've actually seens it.
Didn't do too well in the Getting Things Done Department yesterday, but better than some days, I guess. I need to figure out how to build enough down time into my schedule that I don't derail myself when I end up takig down time whether it's scheduled or not, but there's just so much to do all the time.
Oh well.
Finished DH's scarf. He has requested a hat with a design on it, so that'll be a challenge.
- 09:46 Completely missed the Oscars. I think I am okay with that. Trying very hard to actually get things done today. Mixed results thus far.
- 12:15 Lundi Gras in Leningrad would be a good title for ... something
- 12:41 Cooked bacon for lunch WAY longr than I meant to and yet is still full of delicious bacony goodness. Score.
