Changing tickets?

So, we had booked a trip to Chicago to go the Pitchfork, um, music thing that goes on. I had figured on just eating the cost of the tickets, because they were non-refundable  cheap fares, but Delta keeps changing the itinerary slightly which apparen;ty gives me the option of changing the flights. So I'm trying to decide if it is worth the trouble of coming up with new travel dates that I might possibly use.

Decisions, man. Hard.

Edited because after perusing the Conditions and Fees associated with changing said tickets, so not worth it. Way easier decision than I thought!
