Jul. 10th, 2010 10:12 am This week has been a million years long.
My fault, probably, I am being all isolated. Partially because the little bit of sociability I've mustered just drained me every time, and partially because I'm just so sad and feel like I'm all dead-husband-liked-carrots all the time and I don't want to inflict that on anyone.
Still no death certificate. It's on the early side of the estimate for getting one, I guess.
Bees are still on the same three frames they started on. I just hope there is a queen in there laying eggs.
I haven't finished tidying up the broken branches out front. Sadly, the big impediment there is the likelihood of friendly neighbors stopping by to say hi. Peppers should probably be picked, and the tomatoes are ripening apace. Have to check the corn, there's an ear or two that may already be ready, which seems incredibly early to me but the ways of corn are mysterious.
