I envy your sourdough! I have only tried sourdough once and it was an unmitigated disaster. I think I have some learning to do about high altitude before I try it again. I went to feed the starter and discovered that instead, the starter was on a mission to eat my fridge. So. I did something wrong. But I'm still not sure what, so scared to try!
