multipurposegoddessIt is extremely hot today. ABout 96F in the shade according to the thermometer on my patio. 82 inside with the swamp cooler running full bore. With sorbet to eat and ice tea to drink, bearable, but still pretty ick.
Tomorrow is supposed to be the same, maybe hotter.
I think I'll go to the cemetery in the morning (haven't been since the funeral). On the way back, I'll go see Toy Story 3 in a nice air-conditioned theater where I'm pretty sure it's socially acceptable to cry; I have in every other PIxar movie, after all. Then maybe install some misting hoses on the patio, if that's easy enough to do when it's already hot enough to need them.
It's good to have a plan.
