Frozen Soufflé Report
Sep. 7th, 2012 02:16 pmFirst attempt to bake frozen soufflé failed to rise. I was pretty casual with the oven temperature (I didn't look up what the temperature was supposed to be, neither did I confirm that the oven was the temp I thought it should be before I put the soufflé in), so I'll be more careful with the next one (still have two in the freezer).
Even so, pretty tasty.
