The house has been empty for a couple of months, but the "For Rent" sign came down around Aug. 1, so I was hoping someone was moving in, but after a couple of weeks of nothing happening I was getting worried. This is the house that is naturally in my view any time I look out the big picture window in the front of the house, and empty houses look kind of sad, so I'm very happy that there are people in it again! Looks like a family with younger kids than the ones that moved out, so myae more trick-or-treaters at Halloween this year...Also looks like they will not umpteen-million parking spaces, which is nice. I don't mind people parking in front of my house, especially when it's the only place with shade in the afternoon, but when there are so many cars that I can't put out my garbage, it's a problem.
In short, yay new neighbors!
