Cottage Cheese
Jul. 9th, 2011 06:11 pmI finally got to the grocery store today, but I forgot to pick up cottage cheese, which I like to have for lunch fairly often. So I looked up how to make it and tried a batch with the remnants of the half-gallon of milk that had been in my fridge for a goodly while. Super easy, simpler even than yogurt, and quicker. And pretty tasty. So I think I will start making a quart of milk into cottage cheese at the same time that I make my weekly batch of yogurt, see how that goes.
